About Hannah

I have two dogs that are my sidekicks. I also have a huge passion for surfing and anything that involves outdoors. I enjoy volunteering for organizations that benefit veterans and those in need. I host beach/park clean-ups in order to keep our environment clean and long lasting. Lastly, as an old soul at heart I have a passion for crocheting and cross-stitching (ode to my grandmother of course) ☺️.

I wanted to be involved in something different and exciting with the freedom to thrive after serving honorably in the United States Navy for eight years. After working as a financial management analyst for the US Navy, and for a tech company in San Diego, I returned to Iowa, where I grew up, in 2020 and attained my real estate license.

What I enjoy most about Real Estate is helping my clients find the home of their dreams that will suit their needs. Buying and selling a home can be daunting and stressful. I take pride in creating trusting relationships with my clients to provide the smoothest path throughout our process.

My mother is a successful mortgage broker and has been for several years. Her passion for her work helping others safely navigate through their home buying/selling journey, and her outstanding work ethic inspired me to join in any way I can to aid others through this life changing process.

Growing up in the computer age, I have years of experience working in innovative technology and staying on target with Real Estate and market trends. I will make sure as a seller and/or buyer you receive the most exposure possible, and/or as a buyer you will never miss out on an opportunity.
